Quartz disc and tube diffusers with sintered epoxy resin.
Materials such as quartziferous sand bonded with thermosetting resin are used here as research has shown that they reduce occlusion risks even with heavy loads.
Particle size can vary from 30, 60, 100 to 250 micron in order to allow different applications such as:
· 30 micron: drinking water
· 60 and 100 micron: active sludge oxidation
· 250 micron: de-oiling / de-sanding (in presence of oils and fats)
